Merylin Coombs10 August 2026Had a great experience using solarwide to source and install my battery and ev charger last week. They took the time to assess what specs I needed given my existing panels etc and when it came to the install everything went as planned. Great communication at every step. Couldn’t be happier with the result.Posted on Google

Simon1 August 2026SolarWide first installed our solar panels with a Sungrow inverter in late 2023. There was a small teething problem getting the hot water system sorted, but SolarWide went above and beyond — coming out on the weekend directly after installation to fix it. We were confident in the company, the product, and the workmanship, and went on to upgrade to a Sungrow battery and hybrid inverter in early 2026. We've now had our EV charger installed as well. I can't recommend Liam and his brother Kurt highly enough — they did the last two installs for us. Respectful, happy to answer any questions, and quick to point us to the right people when they weren't sure. Their workmanship was professional and I couldn't have been happier with the result. A very big thank you to SolarWide — Liam and Kurt, and of course Gary, Dan, Cas and Desiree, who were all very accommodating throughout the process. I can't recommend these guys enough. Very happy. Thank you!!!Posted on Google
Jen Jar24 July 2026Liam and his team from SolarWide replaced my old solar panels with new ones, also installing a battery this week. The team were amazing. With unpredictable weather on the coast, it’s was questionable whether they would get it done, but they all worked so hard and had it finished by late afternoon. Liam explained the installation and how it all came together, downloading the app and working through the various processes to enable me to monitor power generation and storage, as well as troubleshoot. He explained it all so well and simply. Dealing with SolarWide has been easy. Jeb helped with the initial process of selecting panels and battery and I chose a larger battery, so I can run off grid for a period, should there be a power outage, due to a cyclone…. My main concern. Since the installation earlier this week, I’m totally off grid, generating and storing way more power than I need. Solarwide was recommended to me by a friend, which to my mind, is the best recommendation you can get!Posted on Google
Kerryn Hansen24 July 2026Great service explained everything Professional installation and we are very happy with the resultsPosted on Google
Ros West9 July 2026Solar-wide installed a battery, inverter to our house. The staff are extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble. We had damage to our solar panels on the roof and under insurance we had them come and replace them. Again the staff and company were exceptional. We would have them back again if we have problems again.
