His site visit gave me confidence that the complexities were accounted for. I can’t say enough to praise the quality of the workmanship of the Installation team as they progressed through quite a difficult install due to the type of roof that I have on my apartment. There were some hiccups in the installation of the brackets, due to misunderstanding with the plumber who was installing the brackets, requiring a couple of return visits. They took it all in their stride and completed the installation on schedule. Callan and Brendon leading the team communicated well and progressed the job through its to its conclusion with good humour.
